White Storks have been missing from Britain for over 604 years, but thanks to our successful reintroduction program, the first white storks chick hatched at Knepp in 2020. Now they can be seen everywhere at Knepp, circling the skies, nesting in the tops of oak trees and throwing their heads back in their celebratory bill-clattering.
This design celebrates this extraordinary and charismatic bird which has become a symbol for hope for a wilder world.
